Who knows the complete list of effects of different weather conditions? I'm thinking of building a Sandstorm-centered team.

yah i've wanted to know this as well.

Well, I've personally confirmed the increase in defenses when a Rock-type is in a Sandstorm, if that's what you wanted to know...

Well, I meant all of the effects, like how Rain guarantees Electric attacks will hit, raises the power of water moves, etc etc.

Wha?!! I guess i should teach m Luxray Rain dance then if all of what you say is true. Now i am also interested in this information.

I have been wondering if Hail has any side effects... But I have yet to see any mention of Hail's effects.

And are you sure Rain Dance makes all Electric moves 100% accuracy, last I heard it was just Thunder, though things change.

Well, the only electric move I tried in the rain was Thunder, so I dunno. :P

    ...Thunderbolt was already 100% accurate.

Ichida, I thought you wanted a Sandstorm team...so why do the others matter?

...Whatever. Here's the new stuff (everything from before was carried over):

    Sandstorm: Boosts defenses of Rock-types
    Hail: Gives Blizzard 100% accuracy

Far as I know the others are the same.

So what else does Sandstorm do besides Rock defense and gradual damage to non-Rock/Ground/Steels?

Other than trigger some abilities (and maybe power up certain attacks, like Sand Tomb...I haven't verified anything), nothing.
