Make sure you have a descriptive Meta tag with lots of words that will attract visitors to your site. Go to www.addme.com and submit your site to the search engines. Keep updating your site and have a nice and easy to navigate layout. Your layout is a bit wierd, try having a banner at the top, two menus (right and left) and the content in the middle.

web pages will only get as many visitors as they have content. please work on your web page *_* i can't read the text cause of the orange background wallpaper. and please stick with one server, if you want geocities, use geocities, if you use tripod, use tripod.
what is the title of your webpage? o_O; for a sec i thought it was THE APCC. maybe you need a large topper banner for your own site instead of someone else's? =D my suggestions!

Heres my two cents. Goto Places like Lightning Anime or Phoenix Network https://lightninganime.ca and https://pn.animeutopia.com and get your ad in the cycle there. Also, Affiliate with people.
