Website Layout Help

    Since I have yet to develop graphic or complete CSS/HTML skills (as I know basic HTML), I can't create and fully code an entire layout of my own. So, I searched a bit and found Sugar Machinie, which had simply adorable layouts avalibale as long as you gave credit, and I plan to use this one (link below). I'm still getting my domain/FTP account in order so for now I use a bravenet host. It would be greatly appriciated is someone could code this for me!!

    i hope you accidentally posted the wrong link, coz that doesn't look like a website layout.
