[PokeCommunity.com] Weekly Animé Discussion #435: Queen of the Serpentine

Time to discuss the newest episode in the US!!!! Post your thoughts about this episode featuring the Pike Queen Lucy and Ash's battle in Queen of the Serpentine.

I liked it. Queen Lucy actually showed interest in Brock ^_^ ... it was kinda confusing why she kept blushing tho. :\ well maybe we'll see her again in the future.

Pikachu's attack was cool too, and Milotic was just so pretty XD

Standard affair. Nothing impressive at all.
Ash's new voice is getting annoying, like some stupid 12 year old kid whose voice just dropped.

Thank you. For some reason, this episode really peeved me...and I finally came to the conclusion that I can't stand Ash's new voice anymore. I thought I could withstand it...but...I can't. O_o; It's just an irritating voice; because, he constantly sounds like while his voice cracked, he got a never-ending sore throat on top of it. I also hated that Barbara's voice, too. I can't wait for subtitled episodes. But, I digress...

Anyway, I liked this episode only because I like Lucy and it was cute to see Brock finally getting some attention, lol. XD Except...like always, when he does get it back (which is rare to begin with, heh)...he either pushes himself away or, like in this case, the girl was too shy to even say anything to him. O_O Oh, Lucy. WHY?!

Um, actually in this case it was Max's fault.......stupid brat...

The other thing in this episode was Team Rocket's part. First off, Ash proved that he has no common sense AT ALL. They've even used that exact same contraption before, but he didn't realize it. Idiot...but that wasn't the real reason why I mention it. The reason is that we finally got to see Team Rocket beaten with their own Pokemon again, something I haven't seen since Season 1. I enjoy this, believe it or not, as it shows just how powerful they COULD be, but aren't.
