[Graphics] Weird Color Glitch for Intro Sprite

I've been banging my head against the wall trying to get my character's intro sprite in my game. I finally got it to work, and after you input your own name, part of his skin turns orange. What's causing this? And how can I fix it?

So what exactly would I change? My sprite is 16 colors, and I changed each of the palettes to the 16 color one, and I'm still getting the same result.
