weird holographic dark dragonair

    the picture isnt holographic like most cards but the actual card and its silver and looks like fireworks when its in the light i was wondering if it was rare.

    What you have is a reverse holofoil card from the Legendary set. It was a reprint set from around 2002.

    It's kind of rare... but that's because that set didn't have too many sales.
