Weird pokemon cards (need help figuring out what they are)

Hi guys I was recently going through some boxes in my closet and ended up finding these cards that I got a while back and have no clue what they are. I think they might be bandai cards but have no clue really.

I have my doubts about them being the more well known Bandai ones, as nothing like these comes up in a Google search for "bandai Pokemon cards 199x"

Is there a copyright year anywhere on them?
