What is Sceptile's strongest Attack?

From the T.V. show it seems Sceptile's strongest attack is Leaf Blade, but I really think that in-game his strongest attack would be Energy Ball. His special attack is much higher than attack, and Energy Ball is only 10 less power, but then again, he can critical a lot with Leaf Blade.

Whats is Sceptile strongest attack? Did I spell it right?

Most likely with you guys is Leaf Blade I don't know all Sceptiles attack I never have a Version game that has Sceptile in it.

In the anime, I'd say Solarbeam. He used it against Spencer, I believe. But in the games, Energy Ball is probably most efficient.
