Instantly I would say to watch out for Kingdra considering you lack a water resistance. Generally the whole Rain Dance thing is just going to give you a lot of trouble. Watch out for Luvdisc!

IMO Vaporeon over Swampert could be helpful. You have plenty of rock resistance in Lucario and Garchomp and Vaporeon can heal them up with Wish.
