Well I Didn't Get Picked, YAY!

Okay, my jury duty update. Yep, they picked twelve people to become a jury. And man the questions the lawyers from both sides had to ask. I went there around 9am and I didn't get get out til about 4:30pm. x.x Oh yeah it was a criminal case. The defendant had a DUI and two other convictions prior to the DUI. And it was The State of Texas vs. The Defendant(can't say his name).

And man...it was so boring. I was sitting there with my juror card and listening in questions they asked to random people. I was glad they didn't call my name. Overall I think it was a good experience for me. I got to be in a juror chair. XD I am just glad it is finally over and I can get back to civilization.

I never got to sit in that jury area yet. I was close, though. I had to blow off most of my day waiting in that damn room until the judge told us to go home.

I hope you don't get picked, Mike. It isn't fun that is all I got tell you. But you have to deal with it. You don't want to get a fine and stuff. That is the bad thing. If you don't go...then you will get a fine.

Hehe, man well that happened to me. It wasn't fun Mario, that is all I got to say. I wasted a whole day in that room...
I hope you don't get to deal with that.
