BL Team. Strictly Borderline. Too many 252/252/6 EV spreads for my liking, but they're working. Drapion can handle Earthquakes really well.

I'd personally go focus blast of HP on jynx, but its personal prefernce really.
More S-Att, less S-Def on venasaur please (40 S-Att, 212 S-Def is more up his street)

Those are just picky things, this is a nice solid team :)

Fine, but you may consider TS, this helps against squillions of walls in BL, and no Hera, while Swellow is a flying type. The only problem would be Ursaring, but they are usually run with an orb anyway...
