I'm probably not the best to comment on teams and sets, but a couple things I noticed: Aerial Ace on Talonflame is interesting, not sure what the point is with priority Brave Bird though. And this one I'm not sure about, but I've never seen a mixed Charizard-Y set. Because I noticed you went for Solarbeam quite a lot in the sun instead of a boosted Fire move. I'd recommend Fire Blast, or Heat Wave (which hits both 'mons in doubles).

And you won the first battle, so you were actually 2-2, which isn't bad at all. You seem to run into a bit of trouble with Mega-Kang, as you don't exactly have much in terms of counters. And Rotom is a huge check to Talonflame, so getting rid of it or keeping Talonflame alive is important.

All just my opinions though. You're not going to win them all, so a loss is nothing to get riled up over.

Talonflame - Switch Aerial Ace for Roost or Protect. You don't need a weaker 100% accuracy flying attack, very few people bother with screwing around with accuracy.

If you're not using Dnite, switch him out. There's a number of options you can choose. You can choose to bring in a secondary Mega in case of battles where Charizard would not be a good idea. You can bring a Chlorophyll user like Venusaur to take advantage of the sun. You can go bulky offensive and bring in something like Machamp or Piloswine. You can pick something to help with your Kangaskan weakness like an Intimidate user or more Will-O-Wisp, or bring in something really physically defensive like Cofagrigus.

... Actually, I like the idea of switching in Cofagrigus into a Kangaskan attack. It bonks out Parental Bond and Kangaskan can't use Return and Power-up Punch on you. Hee hee!

Or you can go standard Rotom of your choice. /shrug
