what are APE Pallet Offsets? (bag,Pokedex,Title screen Fire)

    Intro Flames: 0x3BF77C
    Bag: Begins at 0xE84565; will have to be edited in hex editor, does not display correctly in APE
    Pokedex: Begins at 0x440568; this one seems to work okay in APE. Not sure if this is correct, because when I tried testing it by changing a color in all instance of the hex code which contained the correct colors, no effect took place in-game.
