[Questions] What Booster Pack Is This?

Good morning all,

I am new to this forum. I was lucky enough to finish all of my first edition sets up to the Neo set back in 2014 before the prices really took off. I was even able to obtain every artwork of every first edition booster pack. When my grandparents learned I was doing this, they gave me this booster pack they had since I was a child (I am now 30) but forgot about until now. I have tried to research what it is, but cannot find an identical pack just like it so I can learn what it is. It is still sealed in a plastic wrapper. Any ideas of what it is? Thank you!

Got a photo of the backside? Almost looks like a cereal pack with the outer wax paper wrapping, but, being the same age as you, the Pikachu art on the pack looks too modern to be from the 1990s or early 2000s...

I can grab one tonight when I get home from work. The cereal theory makes a lot of sense as well.

I figured it out. It is the General Mills 2019 booster pack.
