What Cards are legal & what cards aren't?

I plan on entering the Pokemon TCG League 2012. I'm trying to build up a deck for the league & I was wondering which cards are legal for the league & which aren't? Like for example would I be able to use ex Unseen Forces cards or ex FireRed & LeafGreen cards? Because I plan on building a deck that's between the Diamond & Pearl Secret Wonders set & the HeartGold SoulSilver set. So if you know please list the expansions I can use & the ones I can't use.

I have compiled a list in the lone sticky over in the TCG Deck Reviewing section here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/265503 The only set you plan on using that would be legal in the current format (running from July 2011 - August 2012) is HeartGold SoulSilver
