What characters should make a return appearance?

Now that I think about it when did Jigglypuff stop appearing in every episode?

The last epsiode i recall seeing it was when Charmeleon Evolved into Charizard. I can't remember very well.:\

Jigglypuff (the singing face marker hehe lame pun) stopped appearing, sometime around the Jhoto Saga.

The character I'd like to see again is Jeanette, who fought againt Ash in the Indigo League with Bellsprout, Muk and Scyther.

I have my reasons to believe she is actually Bugsy's elder sister.

I'd like to see Prof. Oak have some big involvement at the end of DP.
I'd also like to see May and Misty come back for the end too, to see ash in the league.
