In Pokémon Pearl, I currently already have beaten the Elite Four so I can go anywhere. However I last saved in Hearthome City after beating the Great Contest inside the Contest Hall.
As for where I am in Platinum, I'm probably only in Floroama City because my game file corrupted in which prior to nothing. It sat in my casing for a couple of weeks and when I turned to pick it up and play it my DS, and any other DS in the house couldn't read it.
