    I didn't really read what Lance said, after I caught the red Gyarados and it's quite significant to what I need to do, so any ideas? I don't know where to go!
     
    You must go back to Mahagony town. There is a the 'candybar'. A market. Step in there and you meet Lance again.^^ Now you must help him to battle Team Rocket and destroy the Engine there.
