Oh easy. I've always answered the same thing on this question. I wish I could fly.

 I always used to dream I could fly when I was about 8. The dream usually went something like this: *wills self to drift feebly in the air* waaaaw! I flew! *goes to show friends. Fails to repeat performance. Friends laugh at me*

I guess if I could levetate, with complete control over it, that's something i'd like to wish for. But would I become too lazy to walk, or run? Perhaps there's a downside to that wish.

Wishing for something is very hard. As much as I know it won't come true, whenever I think of a wish I always end up coming up with a reason as to why I wouldn't want it to be true. As much as my reality can suck at times, there's always a greater sense of reward if you achieve your wishes with deliberate actions, rather than just wish and *poof* it is done.

If I really had to choose, really... I'd wish that all the ignorance, prejudice and hate in the world was replaced with compassion and common sense. But who knows, that might end up provoking drastic changes in the personalities of every human being on Earth... would I really want all the ones I love to change so drastically, even if it is for the better? It's our faults that make us human, after all. I wouldn't know until its done if it would be for the better or not.

Somehow, most of my wishes come true.. maybe that's because my wishes are realistic.. I don't know. I don't enforce them to come true, but they just do after a while :/
You must be thinking: "what an idiot!" huh?

But to answer your question, right now I'm wishing for happiness.. that's all..

Love - REAL love if there is such a thing. =/

The closest possible thing to omnipotence would be the obvious choice; anything else I desire would be attainable in an instant. Within the realm of realism, probably an enormous amount of wealth. They say money can't buy happiness, but often it can buy things that in turn bring it; I guess I'm just very materialistic.
