I'd probably say the same thing most of the time: "Ok, (name)!" But it also depends on the Pokemon.

A good Pokemon: Ok Nidoking, six up, six down!

A bad Pokemon: Alright Luvdisc, let's just get this over with.

Foe sends out counter to my Pokemon: Oh Shi-...
My Pokemon faints: Oh, snap! | Return, _____ ...
My Pokemon gets crippled by status, etc.:
Enemy gets afflicted by status: Bwahahahahaha >=3
Enemy gets KO'd: Take That. ...HehHehHehHehHeh. >=3
Enemy gets OHKO'd: Oh my. Did I do that? >=3

Example:

I summon [Pokémon] in Attack Mode!

The second one would be epic. :P

If it was a butterfree "The Mighty Butterfreee takes Flight!" (Pokemon abridged joke).

If it was a Magikarp "Wrong Pokeball." (Another Pokemon abridged joke).

If it was a Celebi "Let's do the time warp again!".

Other Pokemon "You can do it if you try to do it.".

If I couldn't think of anything I'd just say something cheesy like;
"Crush them ____!"
"Let's do this thing/thang ____!"
or taunt the opponent
" _____ will ruin you! KAPOW!"

Those are the two for me in battles. I made a few up for my fanfiction characters. This would be the perfect time to test them out!

It took me a while to come up with the contest one. But I think they're pretty unique and interesting.​

"You won...and I'm broke."

Well I'm VERY witty... so I'd probably say "It's time to shine" and send out an ampharos.

Saying that to YOUR Pokemon would put a puzzled look on your opponent´s face, or perhaps a dirty smile. Besides, I doubt your Pokemon would allow you to, well, do something "odd" to its ass. lol
