4th Gen What did you name your Rival?

I named mine Paul, because he looks like Paul...A LOT. And just cuz I made this thread I also have a question, Can you reset your Rival's name without restarting? And does Paul fit well for my rival?

lol ok, and umm can you change the rivals name later in the game or in any other way? And does Paul fit well(Paul like in the anime)?

No, you cannot change it afterwards - you will have to start a new save file.

And since you asked...personally I don't like Paul...personality-wise it fits as they are...kinda similar, but they're different characters overall, noting that the rival existed since 2nd gen, and Paul being anime-only (and hence made by different people to the game makers) and 4th gen (iirc the rival has appeared in the anime as well ages back?). That and they look rather different IMO - hair, clothing, Pokemon teams, etc. But to each his/her own...
