What do these numbers beside moderator and Pokemon supporter mean?
And what is pokemon supporter? Is it a rank of some sort?

It's actually PokeCommunity Supporter (this forum), which means they donated money to PC. The number is according to the amount of money they've donated, for example - number 5 means $25 or more. You can read more about it here.

PokéCommunity Supporters are users who have donated certain amounts of money to help this website with day-to-day server expenses. The Supporter ranks depend on how much you donate - more information can be found here.

 

[Zelda]

The number next to Moderators badges determine what tier supporter you are. Supporter badges are received when you donate to the site and depending on how much you donate, determines what number tier you will get. Becoming a supporter also comes with perks for more enjoyment here. :)
