    if pokemon existed in real-life, how many of each legendaries would you say there are?
    id say that it depended on the legendary. the regis, mewtwo, mew, latios, latias, the leg. birds, the leg. dogs, lugia, jirachi, rayquaza, groudon, kyogre and ho-oh would probably be the only pokemon of its kind. as we saw in destiny deoxys, there are 2 Deoxys, but if they came from space there's bound to be more, and Celebi comes from the future so you never know how many of them are out there

    ps: this was gonna be a poll, but i pressed sumbit before tweaking with those options, oh well :sleeping:
     
    Since this is a hypothetical question about the reality of Pokemon, this should go in General. I'll move it for you ^_^

    That's a good question. ^^ Hmmmmmmm...here's what I think:

    For the legendary dogs, I'd say there'd be about fifty per each species. Afterall, dogs have a faster breeding rate than other animals do, and it seems more fitting to me to have more than one legendary dog. ^o^

    As for the legendary birds, I'd say three of each. There'd be the original ones plus it's mate and the widdle baby. <3 Afterall, remember that episode with Lugia and its baby? =3

    Then on to the dragons...for the dragons, I'd keep it to one of each species. One Rayquaza, one Latios, etc. (Not counting Lugia since I counted it as a bird. XD).

    And for Mew and Mewtwo, I'd also keep them as one each. I mean, why would those scientists have gone through all the trouble to clone Mew if it had a mate or something. o.O

    And then off to Deoxys and Celebi...for these two, I'd say there'd be unlimited numbers. If you recall from the movies they were in, there were multiple numbers of them in the movie (Deoxys: when the Deoxys invaded Earth, there were like thousands of them. o.O Celebi: At the end of the movie, a bunch of Celebi came from the heavens to revive one of the Celebi.)

    I would think that there would be one of every species except Deoxys. Deoxys can have more than one because they're viruses.

    1: Mew, Mewtwo, Celebi, Ho-Ho, legendary dogs, legendary birds, Latias, Latios
    More than one: Jirachi, groudon, kyogre, Deoxys
