Well, a couple of things.

Honestly, I love it when new members confuse me for a staff member, it's flattering. But I can see how some people find it annoying, but it doesn't happen to me incredibly often, so I don't mind.

I'm rather fond of the idea that I have contributed to the general operations of the PC. Even though fifteen dollars isn't a ton, it had to of helped fund something.

I like having a username that stands out when people see it. It makes me feel special. XD

I absolutely love the new benefits. Even though this area hasn't taken off yet, it's still fun when people actually post. And I adore having a larger PM box, that way I can put off having to empty it. =D

Well Ive only been a donor for a few days ._.
But I do like the whole purple username and userbar, it makes you feel slightly important and like you actually matter :P
And I agree on the larger PM Box, my PM box is now about x10 the size @.@
I also like that I have access to the VIP forum, its like a lil special club for us and we actually get to help the staff sometimes ^^

the part of being a Supporter is the fact that I could help out a place that is like a home to me even when I'm not physically at home. I do like the enlarged PM box (^_^ I haven't had to clean it out for months!), and the ability to customize my profile with pictures so that I can build a theme around it. Also as Zach pointed out it is flattering when a new member confuses me with a staff member, and the added bonus of having an area that only we can access is great (It's like our own little CS Lounge, just like the staff probably have their Mod/Admin lounges)

The email, even if I don't use it and I could've gotten one anyway by being staff. (Not that I was told until after the benefits were added. xD) I also quite liked the colour back when it was changed to purple.

Mostly the email and the knowledge that I've helped out with more than just wasting a third of my life here being active.

A blog would be nice, as well as an arcade. Although it seems like an arcade would take up a bunch of server space, which I thought you were having some issues with already.

And about the monthly thing...
I personally don't like the idea. To me, being a CS means keeping a certain edict. IE, good grammer, minimal infractions, ect. And a monthly subscription program, in my mind, sounds like an invitation for some of the more "n00bish" members to subscribe and kind of...tarnish, if you will, the reputation of the supporters. I also realize that this isn't your problem, because income is income, right?
I don't know, it just doesn't sound like the best idea to me. That is assuming the subscription fee is like one or two dollars a month, though.

I like being a donor because I am giving back to a place I love to go. I want this place to strive even though I won't be here for long.

And I like the purple username color in italics, have a bigger avatar, be able to customize the profile section to your liking, and having a VIP forum. ^_^

And I am not so sure about a monthly subscription supporter group. It might be good, but then again...I don't know anything about these things. Oooh a arcade will be nice. But it might put a strain on the server. So putting a arcade might be risky.
