Then I look for someone hyper, not....blaberish, and is nice

For me personality would have to be number one. Then face/body. No, actually personality and looks would have to be on the same level for me to date them. She has to have both. Then cleanleness. Then intelligence. Then kindness, but that's with personality I guess.
