Run Hydreigon with 252 SpA, Modest, 192 Speed, and the rest in HP. 192 Speed covers all that Hydreigon needs to (and can) outrun this generation since really not much lies between 80 base speed and 98 where Hydreigon's at.

Don't use Emolga. It has no legitimate use in this metagame. Run Thundurus instead; actually, I'd rather you run a Thundurus lead than using Hydreigon (who is awful at leading imho).

move 1: Thunderbolt / Volt Change
    move 2: Thunder Wave
    move 3: Taunt
    move 4: Hidden Power Ice
    item: Leftovers
    ability: Prankster
    nature: Timid
    evs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

(c/p'd from smogon because I am lazy)

Priority Taunt lets you beat set-up leads like Deo-S and Thunder Wave can serve as a back-up to sweepers that might have broken through.

Excadrill is useless without sand. Run something else there; what you want to run though, I have no idea. Why did you have Excadrill here anyway?

Run Life Orb on Reuniclus; you don't get recoil. Recover is enough healing for it. HP Fighting > Focus Blast, especially on the CM set where you don't ~need~ the extra power. You can also run Psyshock > Psychic to beat out other CMers, though you beat Blissey anyway.

I think you could give DD Scrafty a go > Bulk Up. It's not as bulky obviously, but you can 6-0 entire teams if you can get a DD or two. Run either ability (Shed Skin and Moxie each have their merits) and run Lum for Moxie and uh idk leftovers for Shed Skin. You can run either Drain Punch or Hi Jump Kick, but I've always liked Drain Punch for its ability to recover whatever damage you take. The rest of the moveset is obviously Crunch/Dragon Dance/Ice Punch (for dem pesky Gliscors!!)

I can't really think of anything that absolutely runs through you but I hope I was helpful. GL with your team! (and if you find any Pokemon you have trouble with, I'll be sure to help you get around them!)

    i like your hydreigon
it is almost identical to mine
also if you want to make it's speed max out it's speed use alert to sounds
you may want to consider Dark Pulse "witch is an egg move" over U - Turn for better coverage and stab also stab is helpful

your Emolga has no purpose so use Thundrus
    your moveset should be
    nasty plot
    focus blast
thunder/thunderbolt "power or accuracy your choice"
hidden power (ice) this is good cover age

this is a link to my team if you want to see
