But if it does not mean celestial being, what does it mean. Anyway, I'll call it Serebii from now on.
And the ubers at bulbapedia are only the legendary pokémon that are ubers. There are probably ubers among the usual pokemon as well.
Ubers are just Pokémon with high stats and abilities. They don't have to be legendary, even if many of them are. Bulbapedia just listed the legendary ubers (you see the text legendary above all of them). I don't know any non-legenday ubers though.
I don't know what they mean by 'cute' but it's probably Mew-like pokemon.
They say there are three different kinds of legendary. Pokémon of Legend are pokemon from legends (like Groudon), Pokémon of Illusion are those very rare so people don't know if they exist (like Mew) and they're Unobtainable, and Pokémon of Myth (some from Shinou).
