What do you think of Platinum so far in the game?
I think the Rotoms are quite cool and the Togepi egg and such.
But I want to hear your opinions.

Since I'm a sucker for minor changed versions, I'm loving it so far.

The moving sprites are always a good add on, and the moving Gym leaders are pretty nice too, not to mention the cut-in animation pre-battle.

The improvements to the GTS is quite impressive, and getting notification e-mail to your mobile phone is the best feature I can think of.

    Some parts I like:
-Torn World. Just looking at a video makes me dizzy. All the epic stuff there. Like VS Akagi and Giratina, THIS is what I want.
-Also, the snow patches are quite cool.
-Dawn's outfit and Lucas' bag. Maybe Dawn'll look cooler in Lucas' bag. (I'll try to splice them together.)
-The storyline changed a lot. I like it. Also, seeing Cynthia in action is cool. She's my favorite champion. Wallace after. And of course, ME!
-Akagi. He's my fave villian in the Pokemon world. Adding him to my "Fave Villian List". My second is Saturn.
-Battle Frontier - nice. Though I'm not the battle type.
-"Handsome". He was quite funny in Jubilife, seeing him going from pole to pole.
-Shaymin and Giratina's transformation. You know, Shaymin's flower petal one and Giratina's blotty one. I loved that part.

That's it, I may EDIT it.

I like the addition of move tutors and the new forms of Giratina and Shaymin. I think Rotoms new forms look kind of dumb but they will probably enhance his movepool making him more capable in UU as a Specs user. The Battle Frontier and the fact that the birds are running around Sinnoh will add more stuff to do.

To me, the only part of the game that really stand out; is the "daily quests" that you can do, I wish they did this is 3rd gen too, it would give players alot more things to do

i like the togepie i like some of the forms or rotom and i like some of the story changes

I love the Giratina form. It looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always love seeing the changes from the two versions it's built off of, so yeah, I'm satisfied with it so far. Hopefully I end up liking Platinum as much as I liked Crystal and Emerald (which I absolutley loved, even with some of the most minor changes).

I love the Move Tutors! Now my Shiny Persian from Sinnoh can learn Swift!

I love it so much that I ordered it on Play-Asia Today and I am still planning on getting an English version when it comes out XD

THe movepools of many Bug Pokemon have been enhenced greatly. Forretress finally gets a Bug-Stab move not named Pin Missile or HP Bug, Krickitune got 3 new Level-up moves, and Pokemon who can't learn any TMs/HMs get Tutor moves (Snore Krickitot, Ominous Wind Combee, ect.)
Scizor gets Bullet Punch, A large amount of Bugs got Bug Bite, including Pokemon that haven't gotten a new move in 12 years, like Caterpie and Weedle.

I'm so excited that the bugs get more glory.

Oh, I had no Idea my Adamant Technician Scizor got BulletPunch!

Nice, one of my favourite Pokemon got made even cooler.

Bullet Punch will be very useful in-game anyway.

Indeed. We can only help the Bug Type keeps getting better. It's my favorite Tyoe afterall, but only 4 Bug Pokemon are even used in OU frequently: Heracross, Yanmega, Forretress, and Scizor. If you notice, are are from Gen 2 or evolve from a Gen 2 Pokemon. Ninjask isn't used so much anymore, with a plethoria or new 4th-gen Priority Moves and whatnot. I hope the Bugs get alot of cool Move Tutor Moves.

It's nice to see Scizor finally got a useful steel move.
    :D!

And a priority move at that!

And perfect to go with Adamant - max attack - Tecnician - Life orb - SwordDance

I like the addition of more Fire types in the Sinnoh Dex. Before, all you had was Chimchar, Monferno, Infernape, Ponyta, and Rapidash. If you failed to pick the Fire starter, you were stuck with Ponyta.

Now we have these these in Platinum:

    - Flareon
    - Magby, Magmar, and Magmortar
    - Houndour and Houndoom

May not be much but it is sure is an improvement from Diamond and Pearl. I found it ridiculous that Flint was a Fire type trainer who only had two fire types. Now, he can finally have five Fire types.

    Platinum is pure awesomeness.
The new Gym's is intensingly cool
    Battle Frontier is amazing
    The list goes on

Great... I just HAD to sell my flash cart the day before the Platinum ROM came out. I feel like a total *beep* now.
