It's ok, but a border can help and the Hawkmon looks kind of bad in quality because you enlarged it a bit too much. The Hawkmon might've stood out more if you left it as it was.

i shrunk it not enlarged it it was huge i had to shrunk it

Then the picture probably already had bad quality; pick a different one next time.
