I have cereal, and sometimes sausages on a weekday. On weekends I normally have bacon sandwiches, although if there isn't any bacon, I'll just have some more cereal XD
Coffee rules (though im trying to limit it now. **** caffeine!). oatmeal is also a must have for the fibers it contain to sweep out bad colesterol. and i try to drink plenty of liquid to enhance body functions. it's so nice to live healthy! ;)
