What does BL mean?

    Lookin through these threads Ive found pkmn referred to as OU, UU and BL. i guessed OU and UU, but some help on BL would be nice :)

    BL - Borderline, A Pokemon neither Overused(OU) or Underused(UU), BL's include : Steelix, Drapion, or Flygon (In 4th Gen)
