Question: what dose 3,4,13 Tier suporter box mean

Just wondering dose it have to do with the amount of post a user made and if not how do you get or lose a tier support box

Those bars mean that a user has donated money to the community. Usually that comes with benefits depending on how much you donated. More details found here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/25461

Nope, the Tier number is based solely upon your donation amount.
as for other ranks, again, nope. as far as I know all you can get are a staff rank (if chosen by the staff to be promoted) or you become a supporter in one of 6 tiers.

You can get certain usertitles depending on your post count (but since you can change them at anytime it doesn't really matter). Here's the list:
Beginning Trainer 0
Trainer 120
Advanced Trainer 500
Gym Leader 800
Elite Four 1500
Pokémon Master 3000
Pokémon-de-Superb 5000
Poké-perfecto 8000
OMG - I Have too Much Time on my Hands! 12000
Nobody will ever have this title. 2147483647

hhaha yup I changed mine to Greater Of Pokemon Light obviously thanks for answering my questions so quick I was baffled at how fast it was answered hahah
