Question: What dose being paired with someone mean~?

I know it's probably a silly and easy question to answer, however I don't know anything about it nor what it means. What dose being paired with someone on here set on your profile area or signature mean?

It's honestly a silly/fun relic of the olde days - from our FAQ:

The action of pairing is often when two forum members, usually good friends, get together. This can either be in a romantic way (as in, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.) or as a platonic way to show friendship. People often write who they're paired with in their signatures

This is the thread for requesting/logging your forum pair. Back in the day, it could be pretty serious, but these days, it's often just done for fun.
