3rd Gen what game would you chose Fire red or Leaf green

I picked LG because of Dexoy's and seeing as Green was never realesed in Australia it kinda completes it.XD

I'd say it doesn't realy matter.But I like Charizard so I voted Fire Red :).

1. Leaves stands for nature and peace as Fire stands for anger and destruction and I'm more of a peaceful person.

Fire Red just sounds cooler, but I chose games based on which Pokemon they have that I like and Leaf Green wins it. It has Sandslash, Ninetales, Sneasel, and Starmie which are all cool Pokemon, plus I like LG Deoxys better than FR Deoxys.

I had FireRed. To me they are both equally great, with a few insignificant differences.

the deciding factor for me was 2 things - 1) leaf green i could get a wireless connector with & i dont think firered comes with one 2) leafgreen you can catch sneasel in - but thats a biased decision

I have both and it really doesnot matter. So I will have to pick LG because it has a picture of a Venusaur on it.

I have both too, but I would choose leafgreen cos it has some cooler pokemon that you cant get in fire red, but thats just being picky.

I prefer Pokemon Fire Red over the Leaf Green version since fire type pokemon have an advantage to grass pokemon

Well, I'd choose FireRed over LeafGreen, even though I have both of them, FireRed is my first choice.

Although they're both nearly identical, I lean more towards Fire Red for the following reasons:

Ekans/Arbok
Psyduck/Golduck
Growlithe/Arcanine
Electabuzz
Scyther/Scizor
Wooper/Quagsire
Delibird
Attack Deoxys

All of those Pokemon, which don't appear in Leaf Green, just made it worth it. I could get Staryu, Sandshrew, and Vulpix from Sapphire, meaning the only Pokemon that could make me want Leaf Green are Slowpoke, Magmar, Misdreavus, Sneasel, and Remoraid. Five against eight. (Seven if you don't count Psyduck.)

fire red. i noticed that it has more exclusive pokemon that can't be caught in ruby or sapphire (e.g. Growlithe, Shellder, Ekans) while leaf green's exclusive pokemon can usually be caught in Ru/Sa. (e.g. Vulpix, Staryu, Sandshrew)

Mon avis, sorry that is french for my opinion, to much french G.C.S.E's. I would say Leafgreen because i have it and i have got two shinys so far!

I like leafgreen more because I can get ninetails. You cant get ninetales in fire red.
