Me, pretty much. At least, this is the case with more recent generations.
During my early teenage years or so, I remember restarting FR/LG quite a bit with friends of mine, alongside RSE I think? Really, restarting over Gen III games was kind of the thing to do between my friends and I, so I suppose FR/LG and RSE are the ones that I've replayed the most.
But as far as more recent generations go, I just don't have the patience/time to play through them more than once.

But nowadays, I don't see any reasons to replay the games other than to get shinies of legendaries or gift Pokemon.
