What happens if you bring your little Pokemon to school?

Lets say if I bring my partner Quil the Quilava, and my teacher then realizes that he is cute, then he accidentally put his flames and used Flamethrower, and that the school is on fire, it's bad.

It's my suggestion, how about if you bring your Pokemon partner to school? Will they be OK with it? Will they think that it's a doll, or is it a threat? This is not a joke question, I just want different opinions. And do NOT lock this post. And no flaming. Here is what I mean:
If you Bring a Pikachu, they might either be ok, but if it uses Thunder, then it's a threat, but if it's a Metapod, it won't be a threat at all unless it doesn't use String Shot on stuff.

I think it depends on the Pokémon.... it is one thing if you bring a Chikorita, it is another if your Reshiram shows up with you!

I wouldn't go to school period... But I'm sure people wouldn't allow them in to begin with, since they aren't exactly animals, they sure look like them enough so that administrators would suspend you if they caught you with one.

But Ghost types would be lucky, they can change how people see them.

If this was the Pokemon world:

I also think they wouldn't be let in unless it was a school specifically for training Pokemon, or if they were let in they wouldn't be let out of their Poke Balls. This is because Pokemon would be a distraction to learning, in the same way a pet would be or a friend that wasn't in the class and had no reason to pay attention and be quiet.

If this is the real world:

Then you would immediately get it taken away and experimented on.

Yeah, a high chance is if I have a Psychic type with me. oAo Such as a Mr. Mime, or Solosis.

Oh yeah I forgot about that other reason why you wouldn't be allowed to have them out in classes, for the higher IQed Pokemon it would be like having a cheat sheet. An Alakazam out could speak into your mind (I always assumed they could do that) and give you the answers to all your exams.

Muk, Butterfree, and the other pokemon that have poison on and in their body, then it's dangerous.

If I had an Alakazam, I would train it so that the range of its telepathy is quite distant and help me cheat. Or I could just train it to teleport on top of the school and do it that way.

So yeah, they wouldn't be allowed period.

Yeah, except Magikarp(that CAN'T BE FORCED TO EVOLVE).

That's like saying they would allow fish to be brought to school here. Still a distraction imo and wouldn't be allowed.

Well, I sat down and watched an episode a few weeks ago, and it was about some preschoolers (or daycare children, don't remember) who had befriended a Trubbish, but the [teacher] was unhappy with them bringing it to class. However, she seems to make this decision specifically because of the fact that it smelled bad (correct me if I'm wrong) and not because it was dangerous, or distracting, almost to say that if it were a different Pokémon, then it would have been OK.

In my opinion though, it's kinda like bringing a weapon to school, albeit a cute, intelligent weapon capable of walking around and such.

I think Pokemon would be allowed in school if you lived in the Pokemon world to a point. They would be great learning tools in a society that revolves around Pokemon so heavily such as the anime, and even in game. It would also give the children a constant companion.

In our would, you would have to hide the Pokemon for fear of it being experimented on. Certain Pokemon who bear close resemble to animals might be able to taken outside, otherwise you would have to hide it completely.

Well think of it this way. Imagine if your best friend came to school with you, but wasn't required to learn anything or take tests or be there. They would be bored, and for entertainment, they would try to distract you. Pokemon would be the same way; they wouldn't be helpful in an environment where you're not learning about Pokemon because they would just be a distraction.

How do you think they would be learning tools outside of learning about Pokemon themselves? Or are you saying that they wouldn't have normal school, only Pokemon-related school?

Well....It depends on which pokemon it is...I like keeping cute pokemon like Zorua... in that case everybody would think its a plushie...and it might bite them if they are to touchy with it...
If it was my Vicinity...it would most likely be so happy it would 'accidently' burn the school down...
If it was my Muna....nicknamed Masacre...it would more then likely murder every body that looks at it....

I myself think it would be hilarious if your in like, your math class thats on the third floor... and suddenly your Kryum or groudon or some really big pokemon is at the window tapping it, and your teacher tells you to go to the principle XD and you get suspended or written up because of it, and you walk out side, look at your big pokemon, and go "Thanks alot, Godzilla" XD

In a world that revolves around Pokemon as heavily as in the anime, of course the Schools utilizes Pokemon in their curriculum. All throughout school they probably teach students how to care and treat Pokemon.

They probably wouldn't be used in everyday class work like math, and science, but I do see them using them a lot in primary school. I think Pokemon would be used like it was when I went to school and how we used computers in the class room. You use them a lot for work, but they are not used everyday in every class.
