i have a stupid question.
In Mauville city, in Pok?Center, there is a man. It differs, dont know how and why. I have spotted three diferents. So...
WHAT THE HECK HES DOING THERE ????
I know that "they" have different functions, ex. there existed one that asked Us for a story, and then he says how many battles did we haVE done(?). but
WHY???? DID WE GET SOMETHING FROM HIM?!?!?!?

That guy begins to scare me!

HE serves for some things : like changing decorations, giving you trendy phrases, etc.

yeah what that person said, it's mainly just a side game thing
but he's useful for the trendy phrase 'cuz that affects where u'r
feebas blocks are on route 119

if u'r friend finds a feebas block remember it, then mix records
u'll get his guy and his feebas blocks, meaning u should be able to
catch feebas in the same spot as your friend.

other than that, i'm not sure what else it'd do, besides maybe
unlocking words to get the special berries from the berry masters wife.

here they are if u want them, they may not be available though.

but yeah those are the prases the get u very rare berries
one of which can be used to make really good blocks for evolving

Well, I guess I will explain the different hair colours of that "weird man":

The Blue Guy sings songs,
The Yellow Guy tells tales,
The Red Guy teaches you vocabulary,
and The Green Guy trades decorations.

what are you talking about? feebas blocks found on route 119??

as for the berrys I have just got the Spelon berry from the berry masters wife... dont have the phrases for the other berrys, I think you can find some berrys on the mirage island but I havent got there yet.... bleh i want to be able to get there!

The phrases he mentions are for the Berry Master's wife. The trendy phrase in Dewford Town affects the locations of Feebas. Two unrelated areas of the game.
