3rd Gen What!... How?

I have caught a suicune lvl 50 on LG!
I have got a lvl 50 suicune on colloseum!

But LG suicune has about minus 50 stats to the colloseum!
Is this because i trained Coloseum suicune up from lvl 40 or natures

colloseum - Hasty
LG - Jolly

Also i dont understand EVs can sum1 explain?

yes it is because u trained it thos 10 lvls
