Exactly. Like everyone who I can get into a physical debate with, however, disagrees. Our money should help OUR citizens.
 
I don't think anything good comes from not helping somebody. I think people should try to help everyone they can. We are all equals.
 
Ah yes, Barack Obama should be blamed for the poverty rate that has been high for years (and under several previous presidents, of course) and for trying to help a country that was already the poorest in the Western Hemisphere and was just destroyed by a major earthquake. =/
