Picked the last option. Because... let's try and legnthen this... because I said so! Ha! And I'm just not that big on cgi stuff because it usually ends up looking hokey.
Lets look at this way
Try to imagine a CGI Tyranitar stomping a small town blasting hyper beam
It will have realistic Textures and its spinal spikes glow yellow when blasting
A herd of CGI Miltank drinking water at the river and ambushed by a CGI Feraligator
Abra teleporting like Nightcrawler Smoke sfx

Too expensive in my opinion.
They will make more money from the games than a Pokemon CGI show/movie.

I picked the middle two, as it probably would appeal to a wider variety of people, yet it would cost the earth to produce, since each species of Pokemon is completely different, so different patterns of CGI would need to be used and such and such. I would go and see it if it was in CGI, but it would take ages to make, and cost Nintendo a load.

Let's put it in a simpler way. CGI Anime has never been very good. It would be extremely irritating to see an entire Pokemon series in CGI. Give me hand-drawn any day, that way we can still call it Anime. While some CGI shows work in Anime, like Transformers, Pokemon wouldn't.
It's just too darn long of a series, and making it CG would cause the industry to flop, just from the cost alone. Plus, it would look horribly fake in that way; characters wouldn't be able to come into contact as well.
Let's put it another way. Look at how badly they screwed up Voltron doing that...
