What if the Pokemon TCG did......

What if they used pokemon trading cards to make a mini game on the 3ds that let you lay down a card, and the 3ds would recognize what the card is and let you play a pokemon catching mini game on a 3d image that was created from the card. it would be a great way to promote TCG and an awesome game. I would buy the cards IF they did that, what do you think?

this would probably be a spin off if it were to happen so yadda yadda moving, you know the drill -throws thread-

It would probably involve printing QR codes or something else easily recognisable onto new cards - no way could the system recognise a complex picture like a Pokémon card, and most importantly discern one card from another.

They probably won't try anything like that considering they're currently investing their extra TCG resources into an online version of the TCG at www.pokemontcg.com
