eh... Either way works fine, I like power over Accuracy(excluding moves that have low AC like Dynamicpunch and Blizzard) but people can think differently.
The difference between Attack and Sp. Attack on Garchomp is too vast to choose Fire Blast over Fire Fang after IV breeding, Natures, and EV training. But, to each his own.
I gotta agree, that FB and FT are not the best way to utilize his stats. I mean EV's should be dumped into attack and speed and sp. def imo. But I guess it all depends on who's battling.
Garchomp
Life Orb
Jolly Nature
EV's: 252 Attack 126 speed 126 Special Defense
Attacks:
Outrage
Swords Dance
EQ
Stone Edge/Fire Fang/Rock slide (all can be good for smashing his weaknesses and with rock it negates the "water/ice types :)"
Fire Fang will do squat on Skarmory(for the 23rd time this week -_-).
It's completely walled by physical walls. EQ misses, Dragon Claw fails, FF does nothing. Fire Blast is the only way to survive physicals. You can also trick the opponent into bringing up a Steelix/Forry, then Fire Blast...
I understand that :), if they bring steelix a good swords dance EQ would smash him.. But I understand about the skarm. I forgot about some of the mroe durable walls xD
As for Skarmory, what about if Skarm used Roost after 2 Fire Fang then EQ (If you predict right)? Roost is preferred over Rest these days because most Flying type loses many weaknesses after it, and it doesn't make the Pokemon useless for 2 turns. Sure, there are berries, but I would much rather have something else for a hold item.
