Question: What is going on with some mods?

    I am so confused about some of the mods.
    Sydian dropped mod for a few days, then returned to mod.
    Kaori supposedly doesn't have mod in B/W now.

    I want to know: What is going on?
     
    Syd got fired by Lerroux and then re-promoted. Kaori quit due to... issues, as seen in the lounge, and everyone else either quit or were removed by Lerroux for being bad mods. :x
     
    If what you mean by "being bad mods" is not kissing his ass, then sure! He fired me for being a bad mod. Now I can sit back and enjoy the show watching PC go to shits.
     
    Well maybe if you were a better smod in the first place then maybe you could've helped Lerroux make it better. Too bad you blew your chance. :)

    A long story, so i'll make it short.

    About a month ago, a new member named Lerroux joined the forum. He was later promoted to Site Admin, which everyone thought was a little fishy.

    So a few days onwards, Lerroux states in his usertitle that he is the ruler of PC. Members think his usertitle goes a bit too far, and they say so by posting it on his profile.

    Next thing we know, he is saying that the staff members here aren't doing a proper jon, and he wants a better staff team to work with so he can 'improve the forum'. With that statement, he removes 3 staff members; Patchisou Yutohru, TwilightBlade, and Live_Wire. Gone.

    Then, he announces in the staff forum that there will be a new start for PC, with new staff members, and new features. But that wasnt it. There was a miniature outrage. Members, staff and supporters were pissed off that Lerroux was taking control of PC and changing everything. They rebelled agaist him, which resulted in moments. getting a ban, and more staff members being demoted.

    He then makes a thread in which members can fill out and PM him a form to apply to be a moderator... and we had some sarcastic signups and a badass convo (ongoing) about it.

    Rumor has it that Lerroux was a member of PC in early days, and said that the only reason pc was popular was because of him. Then he said he has to be admin or he will take legal action.

    We dont know if this is an april fools joke or not...

    Sorry I didn't throw my self-worth and dignity out the window when things got difficult and he threatened to remove us like you did. Or did you forget that you agreed with removing him? Oops. xoxo
     
    Well unlike you, I was thinking for the best of PC, and I figured PC's better off with me on the staff anyway, so... not my fault that you didn't make the smart decision?

    There were a lot more mods who were fired/quit because of Lerroux. Including, BinaryPeaches, Netto Azure, Razor Leaf, Went, EntwinedSilence, Kaori, Captain Fabio, AlexOzzyCake, Meganium90. That makes it 12 mods who quit. And I think I'm forgetting a few :x
     
    Unlike all these other people, I'm going to give you a serious/non-bs answer.

    Its our yearly april fools prank. Nothing to see here, just the site owners/adminstration trying to be funny.

    I see.. that was what the comments in no more weekly poll was about... I gatta remove my misunderstood comment their..

    I really wish this issue to be over with. From this I feel that this guy is worse then Uwe Boll.

    It better be. This is just outrageous, and I REALLY REALLY REALLY want my daily injection of ROM Hacking. Withdrawal will not be pretty.

    Um, no. You were doing the only thing you're really good at: sucking up to someone higher you to get somewhere. Did the same thing that got you into a moderator position in the first place. Honestly, you have no backbone or spine. As if being a moderator on a Pokémon forum is going to affect your life somehow. At least everyone else who agreed with Lerroux actually agreed with him. They didn't flip their position when the threats came in and the demotions started. Pathetic.

    Pretty sure you're talking about yourself there Nick. I made the right decision, and now as a result we'll all be better off for it. You just happened to make the dumb decision. :(
