Flamethrower
Rock Slide
Dragon Claw
Aerial Ace

Absol:
Crunch
Shadowball
Silverwind
Agility

and

Dragonite:
Outrage
Thunder
Surf
Aerial Ace

Nature: Naughty
To be blunt, I'd use something else instead of this.

Absol:
Crunch
Shadowball
Silverwind
Agility
Syntax Error: Absol cannot learn Crunch.
Syntax Error: Absol cannot learn Silver Wind.
Syntax Error: Absol cannot learn Agility.
Also, replace this, as Absol is useless in the Battle Tower.

Replace Absol with Kingdra and Charizard with Tyranitar with the following Movesets.

- Surf / Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power (Grass) / Dragonbreath / Substitute

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP* / 84 Atk / 172 Spd
- Substitute / Taunt
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
You'll need a Max HP IV if you intend on using Substitute.

You'll meet Starmie alot in the frontier. It pretty much does your current team in, considering Absol needs a Swords Dance, iirc, to OHKO starmie, while Starmie is both outrunning and 2HKOing Absol with Surf.
