    I am planning to make a game, or at least something cool. And then I see so many programs that you can use.

    What is the best one (or the easiest one) that you can use?
     
    If you are making a POKéMON games, RMXP is the easiest one cuz there's already a starter kit made by poccil. But the thing is RMXP is not free. There are no easy software that are free. The best software to make games...I would say Multimedia Fusion 2 Developer.

    The best free game maker at the moment is Sphere. I know I'm biased towards it. But the pro's are there.

    It's free, it's flexible, it can make Pokémon game (in fact nearly any type of game really), and there's also a good community of users who can assist you.

    So I suggest checking Sphere out...
