what is the best pokemon you can get from an egg?

I found a better/easier way to hatch eggs. first i got a portable phone battery charger and then i drove around on my tractor/Gocart. Seen here: [removed; please don't advertise] this gives you the ability hatch eggs much much faster and longer as long as you stay under 10 MPH. However the best pokemon i have been able to hatch is a LVL 700 Aerodactyl. with only 75 HP. and 15/35 att. What is the best pokemon you have gotten? Please include stats!
