I have a box full of team pokemon in my pearl thats 30 pokemon i got a pretty even ammount of most of the element and there is not set teams its i will just pick a random 6. Then I use them and then when i get sick of them i stop using then and use another six. But i have 1 problem i have and Eevee and i want to know which _______eon i should make it i like Vaporeon but water is the element i have the most of so i wanna here everyones opinion and i would like a legitimate reason for your desicion not just i like this one. I will have a poll but please give me your reason why i should pick that Eevee.

I pick Umbeon because its a rare type (pure dark) and can learn Psychic Type attacks (via TMs of course) and its stats are well-rounded. It makes for a good battler for Gyms, the E4 and Battle Tower that way.

If i was in your situation I would pick Flareon. :) I like flareon, but another good choice is umbreon. ;)

My three top favourite is Umbreon, Espeon, and Flareon. But this is not what it's about, it's the type it is and the moves it can learn that counts. =P
You stated that you have alot of water type Pokemon. When choosing a team, consider how often one type occurs, and then, choose it's weakness's weakness. Sound confusing? I'll explain; Water type pokemon are weak against grass, ground, and electric type moves, grass is the main one to focus on in this instance. I had real trouble trying to defeat Gardenia's Roserade due to having a water type as the main. Grass is weak against fire type moves like flamethrower. If you were to battle a grass type Pokemon, when most of your team are water type, you're stuffed. BUT If you were to have a strong fire type Pokemon on your team, it's a win/win situation. Just think of it that way, and with every type too, you'll have the best team going. So If I were you, I'd choose Flareon, it's the best choice by far. But hey, I'm not dictator, it's entirely up to you! =D

Ι say glaceon. Why? If you need ice type you have what.......6 pokemon that have ice as a type. But if you need a good attack and dark type th inevitable answer of umbreon might come out

Vaporeon-Although you have many water types Vaporeon makes a great addition to your team. A massive Spatk as well as good HP with a moveset that compliments it is great. Acid Armor is its signiture move and Vaporeon can make good use of it.
Jolteon-One of the fastest pokemon in the game (same speed as Aerodactyl, Crobat, and Mewtwo), great Satk making it a good SpSweeper, it's big letdown is its limited movepool.
Flareon-No, I'm sorry no, there's a reason why it's considered Underused. If it only had Flare Blitz but it doesn't. It stats and its moveool don't see eye to eye with each other. Flamethrower is weak on Flareon, even at base 95 Satk. Also it's too slow to beat most of its weaknesses, one earthquake/waterfall is easily enough for a 1HKO and besides that it really doesn't have much to counter its weaknesses.
Rock and Ground will eat you alive
Espeon-Basically an Alakazam with less speed but higher Sdef and a less attractive movepool. All around pretty good, but if you've already got an Alakazam then it's really unnecessary to have.
Umbreon-Very good mixed wall with the movepool to add to that. One of the few good baton passsers out there, although some people are looking elsewhere then Umbreon these days. Definately one to consider. But don't focus with atk on this one, it'd be a waste of a perfectly good wall
Leafeon-Personally I don't care for Grass types (five weaknesses? only three super effectives that can counter too easily? Hardly any in the OU environment says alot about their type) but I'm not saying that you shouldn't use it. Great Atk and Def stats that work with its movepool although the movepool itself is a bit meh, nothing too useful beyond Leaf blade, synthesis, x-scissor.
Glaceon-Although Ice type pokemon aren't particularily popular (ice moves are, ice pokemon aren't) the stats here, high Def and Spatk look nice with what it can learn. By the way I have no experience with the two newest eeveelutions so these last two are all based on what I've seen.
