The good-the old seems new again and then some
The bad-Harder to get mewtwo.Having to catch 60 (or 80 I forget) to get the rainbow ticket

Things I liked:

-Sevii Islands were cool, something new to actually do.
-Vs Seeker
-Fixing all those god****ed glitches
-The inclusion of GSC music on said Sevii Islands
-Elite Four Rematch
-RETURN OF ZAPDOS

Things I didn't like:
-Those god****ed tickets. I live in Australia of all places. How the hell am I supposed to get tickets?
-The Fame Checker. It seemed...pointless to say the least.
-The Bike. It's barely faster than running, the only point of it basically seems to let you pass through cycling road.
-There's basically no 2v2. 2v2 is sorely underused.

I like elite four round 2. Its amazing. Everybody has better teams. and pokemon. Lance has a kingdra, Gary has a Heracross. Just awesome.

I like that the 2vs.2 wasnt a big thing. I hate 2 vs.2

I just wish that you oculd rematch gym leaders also.

Oh, are you kidding!? I love... no... ADORE... ack, no... COVET... er... naw... WORSHIP! Yup, that's the one ;) I just WORSHIP the FireRed version ^^; It's a great game, but beside that, it's my FIRST pokemon game, like, EVER! I backtracked and played the older versions too, but the first is the first, you'll agree... and now, my praising rant ^^; :

First of all, I'd like to point out ONE simple, wee little thingy... backpack with pockets. Uh-huh, that's right! None of THIS for me: Ria found a PP UP (for example) but her backpack is full and then -> GRRRRUMMMMMUMMMBLECAN'TGIVEUPANYTHINGMUSTGOTOPCANDDEPOSITITEMS and then I turn into a -> :17: and everyone wonders what's wrong with me... :tired:

Second: graphics rock, I love the female hero sprite because of her striking resemblance to me... /cough/ uh... yeah :P

I love the fact that you only get one starter (oh, and their graphic is much cuter too ^^; ) because getting all three of them eliminates any use for other pokemon in your group except for HMusers, and that kinda sucks O.o I mean, really, if you only keep Charizard, Blastoise and Venosaur, you can train them to astronomical levels in a relatively short time, and have them invincible. Why don't I like this? ... I'm nuts, okay :P

I liked the islands, but I don't think that they are the BEST thing they could have done for post-finish. I mean, I prefer the other versions' solutions (Battle Frontier in RSE, and ESPECIALLY crossing over to a whole new world in GSC /wuv/ )

The only thing I kinda, sorta, didn't like is the fact that you get to breed pokemon so late in the game. Sorta ^^;

well,the the new islands are kinda pointless for me...(besides the trainers....)unless there's somethin I'm missing...and I haven't seen any Johto poke'mon,shineys,or any of that stuff.....sabrina looks as beutiful as ever!,and besides the missingno. thing gone,leaving me with only 1 masterball,I'd say...it's great!so far,I only caught one ledgendary,...and that's Zapdos...normally,I'd catch it either with the master ball,accidently faint it,...or use the infanite master ball trick to catch it...but this time,...my FIRST time,...I actually caught it using my poke'mon,and 37 ultra balls!!!!

I agree with alot you are saying Rioku but you are forgetting the breeding center on four island,i do think that it is not cool that missingno is missing(i loved the infinate rare candies!) I also think that sabrina is the hottest gym leader in the game like you do. but there has been something i noticed in the entire sieries, when i played pkmn silver i noticed that the elite four were much easier than red and blue. in silver their pokemon were only in lv 40-50
in red they were 50-65!!! Which makes it signifficantly harder to just access the stupid breeding center and network machine. I like the graphics though,
pkmn ruby,saphire and even emerald pale in comparison

Worst: The whole Nintendo events to get a deoxys/Lugia/Ho-OH thing.

I live in Puerto Rico so its practically impossible for me to get those ticket things.

Ah, the Dungeons! Thanks Final Treecko.
They are really annoying. not only do you get attacked by wild Pokemon every few steps or so, there are a lot of Trainers too.
To avoid wild Pokemon battles, I always buy some Repel.
Hmm... you've given me an idea for a thread there.
