Smallest: Eevee- Squeee!!!! It has got to be *the* cutest Pokemon ever!!11

I still can't believe nobody picked Eevee yet though =/

Oh, and my other small fave is Pikachu and Pichu <33

Biggest: Has got to be..either Raichu or Umbreon. I think their catogarized as medium types though..so I might have to edit this.
