What is the worst anime you've seen and why?

    Mine would have to be Super Book. For those who haven't experience the pain of supper book it is based on the Bible and don't get me worng the Bible is great and all but the animemation in it was horrible. Even God himself would be ashamed.

    Metropolis since it was kinda depressing and I didn't understand the plot^^;;; XD
    I won't say that it wasn't great as an anime, it just wasn't my style of anime XD
     
    Hmm... I'd have to say Captain Tsubasa.
    Please, if that's Soccer, we could call Boxing "Business Convention".
    And the storyline smells like crapzorz.
     
    Without a doubt, Hamtaro's the worst. It's a stupid kiddie anime with horrible episode plots, pathetic characters and bad humor. Man, do I hate it.
     
    Mine has to be...Salior Moon,Gungrave,CCS.I hate SM becuse it's so sick and super-hero type,GG,becuse it sucks and is boring,and CCS it has no ROMANCE and it just reminds me of SM.

    I'll say DBZ at the moment. I caught it again before Teen Titans last night, and my brain melted. I see it as turgid and boring, hardly any good characterization, and not much of a diverse cast (hardly any women).

    But mostly, it's the time issues. Five episodes to do ten minutes of their time? Dear God, it's a wonder anything got done at all.

    So yeah, and the successor GT is worse. At least DBZ had Scott McNeil and Ian Corlett to amuse over. Until they dubbed over them. Headdesk. At least they're being consistent. But overdubbing good VAing to have bad to be a constant? Not a good idea.

    Anyway, that's my choice. At least you can say DBZ are all plot episodes but they never go anywhere, so why bother?
     
    Magical DO-RE-ME, now really!, those things just can't be done, it's ethics for god's sake, think about the people!*faints*
     
    At the moment,it has to be Yu-Gi-Oh.I don't exactly hate it,but the plots have been pretty similar since episode 1(Season 1 rocked but afterwards,it just got got pretty pointless in the plots,although I still like DMG<))Besides that,there is no anime I don't hate(some may get repetitive,but that's the beauty of the show IMO,but only when the plots aren't too confusing O.o)
     
    Well, to me it would be DBZ. As DW said before, they do a less than an hour time in a few episodes to fill in... Seriously, can't it go faster? It's not that I hate it really... It's just that things do get bring when they do few minutes thing in a several episodes...
     
    It has to be Dragon Ball, and all the other Series to go along with it all
    now im Not going to say that I dispise it, but im defaintly not fond of it.
    The games are unique, the story lines are just re-used, boreing..and just lame . and the whole "Kameh-ah-wave" or whatever it is, Is so used..its unreal O_O;; >> over than that, its alright...
    there is another anime that im not fond of...and that happens to be one you guys have been going on about ..and that is Magical Doremi, Or how-ever its spelt ??

    Dragon ball Z without a doubt! It is all fighting and confusing - I just...don't get it. And Digimon if that counts because it is a copy on pokemon but much worse.

    I'll have to say its a tie between Sailor Moon, Dragonball Z, Pokemon, and Yu-Gi-Oh! I'm sorry, but I despise all anime except fma. >>;

    They're all pointless (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Sailor Moon with its predictable plots) and Dragonall Z for its never-ending crap story @_@ Confusing as hell too.

    Why do all pokemon fans think digimon is a ripoff of pokemon? -_-
    Niether is a ripoff of each other...
    and frankly, Digimon has more plot in it than pokemon does XD

    i don't like DB(any of em), could never really get into it...each time i see it it's just fighting fighting more fighting...ya
     
    Speed Racer when dubbed into the United States. At the beginning you have this five-second still which I believe was supposed to have the title of the episode in Japan, but any trace of it was removed when it came into the United States. To add insult to injury, Dexter's Laboratory has an episode called 'Mach 5' which is a very crude imitation of Speed Racer — I'm surprised Genndy Tartakvosky hasn't been taken to court.
